Returns

Returns are easy, simply contact us for a return authorization number and send your item to our returns center for fast processing. We’ll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!

We shop online too and believe in treating our valuable customers the way we want to be treated. 🙂

We want you to be 100% Satisfied, and in the unlikely event that you need to request a return, please read our policies below.

You can return an item within 30 days for a full money back refund or within 90 days for store credit after receiving it in the unlikely event that you are not happy with it.  Some defective items can be returned later than this 90 day period if they have a longer warranty specified on the product page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging. If used and failed during normal intended usage, it must not show any signs of abuse or misuse.  It should also be in the original packaging.  Please keep the packaging for the duration of the warranty.  The boxes for items we sell are small and easy to store.

 

Return shipping cost:
We offer free shipping and pay for it when you make your purchase and only ask that you take care of the shipping back to us if you change your mind.  For warranty items, paid return shipping if necessary will be on a case by case basis.  Jut send us an email or call us.  In most cases, the shipping cost is just a few dollars and rarely over $10.

 

Non-returnable items: 
Some health and personal care items.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or the email used to carry out the purchase with the order number (easiest).

 

Please do not send your item back without an RA Number (Return Authorization).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery unless it is faulty and has a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

In case you wish to cancel your order that is in transit, please wait until it is delivered and ship it to us according to the procedure above, which is standard with the best online store.  We cannot issue a refund once an item has been shipped and is in transit unless it is lost in the mail.  Please understand that just like you, we depend on the mail and we are not able to stop the cargo plane or truck to cancel your order.

 

Refunds (when applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.  

If past 30 days, we will issue you a store credit that you will be able to use on any of our many available items.

We cannot issue refunds for item that have been delivered according to tracking information.  We are not responsible for items stolen at location of delivery.  Please contact your US Post Office or UPS to directly resolve the issue with them.  We will however assist with any information available and confirm content of package in order for you to submit a claim.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make every attempt at receiving their packages.  In the event that your package is undeliverable through no fault of ours, we can issue you a refund at your request only after it has been received back at our place of business.  Total cost of shipping & handling and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refund amount.

 

Late or missing refunds (when applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it does take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].  Your bank will not disclose any information to us and only you are authorize to investigate refunds made to your account.

 

Sale items (when applicable) 

Only regular or sale priced priced items may be refunded, free promotional items cannot be refunded for obvious reasons.

 

Exchanges (when applicable)

BEFORE returning your item, please contact us by email to obtain an RA# or it will not be accepted and returned to sender.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective from the factory.  Shipping costs are non-refundable if applicable, but we offer free shipping on all items unless indicated otherwise.  If we send you a replacement, we will pay for the new item to be sent to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Unfortunately, the mail is not infallible.  

 

In conclusion, we will do our best to make sure you are happy.  Our return policies are better than most chain stores and if for some reason it has been more than 90 days or the stated warranty period, please contact us by email and we will consider it on a case per case basis.
