Mine stopped functioning after two weeks. I could already see results but it was a disappointment not having it for the 9 days it took to receive the replacement. Costumer service was friendly and helpful. They replied promptly to my email and even called me with instruction on how to make a quick video with my phone for the warranty replacement. Good gadget that seems to be effective. I like the heat with EMS but have not use the cool setting yet. As for the light, I only have used the red light therapy for anti-aging. I did notice improvements a couple of weeks in and more pronounced results after a little more than a month. I will try the red spotlight next. Recommended!

I don’t know if it is because of the daily massaging action or due to this device but my neck looks better, my chin and my jaws are more defined. I would use it on my forehead but I think I have to purchase a different device to accommodate its flat shape. I my leave another review for that.

It looks like this is a device used mainly by women but men need it too! It worked on my flabby wrinkly neck that was marking me look older. I used it with hialuronic acid water soluble serum and my neck and loose under chin are now much better looking. Took a few years off my looks.
