For acne and blemishes:  Dab tip of wand onto area affected by acne as needed lightly touching skin.  Zapping sound will be heard.  In most cases, acne disappear within a day or two.  If area is heavily affected use circular motions.

For anti-aging and other therapeutic treatment:

1. Prepare your skin: Wash your face thoroughly with a mild cleanser and pat it dry.
2. Power on the device: Plug in the high frequency wand. (There is no power switch and unit must be unplugged when not in use).  Touch the tip of the wand to check for power.
3. Bring the wand to your face and work in an upwards motion in circular strokes.
4. Adjust the intensity: Gradually increase the intensity of the electrical
   current until you feel a slight tingling sensation on your skin. You may feel it on your grounding hand as well.
5. For the eye area, use the lowest setting and work in small, sweeping motions.
6. To firm flabby neck and jowls, start at the lower end of your neck and glide the wand upwards towards the chin. Hold for a count of 5 while jiggling.
7. To reduce the appearance of hooded lids and puffy eyes, place the wand underneath the inside corner of the eyebrow and lift up. Hold for a count of 5. Then glide over to the center of your eyebrow and repeat. Next, glide to the outside corner of your brow and repeat.
8. To minimize the appearance of forehead creasing, place the wand at the temple and sweep in circular motions across the lower forehead to the opposite temple. Then work back across the top of the forehead.
9. To treat deep lines between the eyebrows, use back and forth sideway motions over area for two minutes twice a day.
10. To minimize a crepey decolletage, sweep the wand over the decolletage in circular motions.
11. To decrease the appearance of cellulite, apply a cellulite cream or lotion to the area you want to treat. Then sweep the wand in firm circular or linear motions over the problem area.
12. To decrease the appearance of lines and wrinkles on the backs of your hands, apply your regular hand cream and use the wand at the highest level while sweeping in circular or linear motions.
13. Can be used on lips for perimeter mouth wrinkles and fuller lips.  Lips must be moistened with water or water based non toxic gel.  (Some aloe gels will work.  Read labels)
14. Treat blemishes and desired areas: Move the wand in circular motions over each blemish for 1 to 3 minutes. For more stubborn blemishes, lightly tap the tip of the wand against the lesion 2 to 3 times before continuing with the circular motion to other areas with wrinkles, fined lines or under eyes.
15. Maintain proper distance: Hold the wand approximately less than a ¼ inch away from your skin to ensure optimal treatment depth.
16. Protect sensitive areas: If desired, place a dry gauze or tissue FOLDED IN 4 between the wand and your skin for easier maneuverability.
17. Limit treatment time: Do not treat any single area for longer than 3 to 5
    minutes. For a full facial treatment, limit the total duration to 20 minutes or less.
18. Unplug when done: DO NOT LEAVE WAND PLUGGED IN AS IT WILL STAY ON. 

Additional Tips:
• For best results, use the high frequency machine 2 to 3 times per week.
• Avoid using the high frequency machine on open wounds, active rashes, or
irritated skin.
• Avoid High Frequency if you’re pregnant, have heart disease, or inflammatory
skin conditions like psoriasis or rosacea. 

IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Avoid using AHA or glycolic acid products in conjunction with high frequency
machines. These products can increase skin sensitivity and make it more
susceptible to irritation from high frequency treatments.
• Refrain from using high frequency on areas with broken capillaries, spider
veins, or rosacea. These conditions can be exacerbated by the electrical current
from the high frequency machine.
• Pregnant women should avoid using high frequency due to the potential for
adverse effects on the developing fetus.
• Individuals with pacemakers or a history of heart disease should not use high
frequency machines. The electrical current from the device could interfere with
the functioning of the pacemaker or aggravate existing heart conditions.
• Remove all metal jewelry before using a high frequency machine. Metal jewelry
can conduct the electrical current and cause skin burns.
• Never operate a high-frequency machine with a broken bulb. A broken bulb could
expose the electrical components of the device, creating a shock hazard.
• Always use a towel or tissue folded over the electrode to remove the
electrodes and pull directly outward. This will prevent you from accidentally
touching the hot electrode.
• Avoid using high frequency outdoors, near water, or around combustible
substances. The electrical current from the device could ignite flammable
materials or cause electrical shock.
• Do not use high frequency if you have metal plates or screws in your face or
arm. The metal implants could conduct the electrical current and cause serious
injury.
